"I expected a lot better for what I..."
I expected a lot better for what I paid. the leather felt really nice at first, but after using it just a few times it already started scratching easily. It does Look good, I’ll give it that, but it’s just not holding up as well as I hoped.

"Delivery Date Played Musical Chairs"
I ordered a wallet as a gift, and the delivery date changed twice, which was super helpful because who doesn’t love a little suspense when trying to give someone a present? The tracking barely updated, and customer support basically told me to just wait. It did finally show up, but way too late to actually be useful. i wouldn’t order from their site again.

"Refund took way longer than expected"
Maybe it’s just me, but I feel like getting a refund shouldn’t be this much work. I returned my order and ended up having to follow up for weeks before anything actually happened. Customer service kept sending the same vague response, but nothing seemed to move forward. For a brand this expensive, I expected the refund process to be a lot smoother. Still disappointed with how it was handled.

"Shipping was faster than I thought"
I ordered from Bottega Veneta the shipping was quick. Faster than I expected. Got the tracking info not long after ordering, and the package showed up in good shape. No issues there. I’m only giving 4 stars because the delivery date changed once, so I kept checking it more than I wanted to. Still, overall, a smooth experience. Not a bad wait at all.

I bought a bag from Bottega Veneta and I’m kind of confused by how fast the leather started looking worn. After just a few weeks, the corners were already scuffed and the whole bag looked a bit tired. For the price, I really expected it to feel more durable. Disappointing overall...

"Cute shoes, painful walk"
I was so excited to wear these because they looked really nice right out of the box. I put them on for a quick outing, thinking they’d be fine, but about 20 minutes in my feet were already begging me to take them off. They may look good, but they were just not comfortable for me at all. Definitely not worth it if you plan on actually walking around in them.

"Nice brand, disappointing finish"
I really wanted to love this bag because the brand has a great reputation, but the finishing just wasn’t what I expected for the price. The stitching on mine looks a bit uneven, and after only a few uses, one of the edges already started feeling rough.
It doesn’t feel like something that should’ve made it through quality control. I reached out about it too, but the replies felt like robots answering emails instead of anyone actually reading what I said. Maybe I just got unlucky, but for this kind of money, I’m disappointed.

"Just too pricey for what it is"
I really don’t get the pricing here. Like, the stuff looks nice, nice, but once you see what you’re paying, it just doesn’t feel worth it. I expected better value. Feels like you’re paying for the brand name more than the actual product.

"Bad first impression with support"
My first impression wasn’t great at all. I reached out for help with my order, and they just kept sending me the same generic reply over and over. It took days to hear back each time, and in the end nothing was actually fixed. For a site this expensive, I really expected better customer service.

"Nice products, frustrating website"
I really like the brand and the products look beautiful, which made me excited to shop. But the website itself was a pain to use, the filters kept resetting, pages took forever to load, and checkout froze on me twice. For a luxury brand, I expected the online experience to feel a lot smoother. That said, I still like what they offer, and I’d be much more likely to buy again if the site was easier to navigate...
